First Stewardship reports available
The first stewardship reports submitted by the signatories to the Code are available on Amec’s website. They can be accessed through https://en.amecbrasil.org.br/stewardship/signatories/.
Some signatories have requested extra time from Amec, and their reports should be available within the next few days.
It should be noted that the signatories that joined after 09.01.2017 were exempted from the obligation to disclose the report for 2017. |

The 2018 Amec Investor Forum was started. The Forum is the main event of the Association of Capital Markets Investors – Amec, which now will happen in even years. The event will be held on August 22, at Casa Bisutti, Vila Olímpia, in São Paulo – SP. |

Deloitte and IBRI invite investors to investigate the different aspects of a corporate reorganization process |

In the face of companies' efforts to improve management in a competitive business environment, Deloitte and the Brazilian Investor Relations Institute (IBRI) launched the survey "Valorization of assets in economic recovery - an integrated view of the reorganization of Brazilian companies", which will point the lessons learned from reorganization processes. The objective is to obtain a complete perspective, based on the vision of all the agents involved in restructuring processes and the purchase and sale of assets (creditors, banks, investors, judges, etc.). |

Amec members met, in the Technical Committee in March, professors Patricia Bortolon, from UFES and Lucas Barros, from USP. Both presented several academic surveys on which they are involved, focused on management compensation. |

CVM and Previc sign agreement |

The chairman of CVM – the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission, Marcelo Barbosa, and the superintendent in charge of Previc – National Superintendence for Pension Funds, Fabio Coelho, signed a technical cooperation agreement this month aimed at aligning the rules issued by the two regulators. |

CVM Official Letter points out the regulator's main concerns in 2018 |

The CVM Superintendent of Companies disclosed in February the Official Letter CVM/SEP 2/2018. It is the new version of the document that has been consolidated as the main vehicle for the regulator to signal to market participants the points of interest in relation to periodical and occasional publications. |
