CODIM submits new pronouncement to Public Hearing
CODIM – Steering Committee for Disclosure to the Market – submitted to public hearing, from August 20th to September 20th, 2013, the draft of its new pronouncement – Relevant Information Undisclosed to the Market – with strictly formal content, addressing the need to control undisclosed relevant information of a publicly-held company so that securities are duly priced, insider trading practices are avoided and the market’s credibility is maintained.

CODIM was established with the objective of being a new and efficient tool for the improvement of the capital market. The Committee is committed to providing publicly-held companies, investor relations professionals, investment analysts, investors, and fund managers, among others, with guidance and suggestions regarding the most adequate alternatives for the disclosure of information.
