CODIM announces Pronouncement about “Communication Segmentation”

On January 19th, CODIM (the Guidance Committee for the Disclosure of Information to the Market) published the Guidance Pronouncement about “Communication Segmentation of the Capital Market’s Audience.”
The rapporteurs Ana Paula Tomé, from ANCORD (the National Association of Brokerage Firms and Dealers of Securities, Exchange and Commodities), and Ligia Montagnani, representative of APIMEC Nacional (the Association of Capital Markets Analysts and Investment Professionals), announced the Pronouncement in an event held at APIMEC SP’s headquarters.
The Guidance Pronouncement No. 21 addresses the need of listed companies to differentiate and adjust the communication among their several strategic audiences with a view to providing the market with a better understanding of the information disclosed by their Investor Relations areas.
CODIM’s coordinators Haroldo Levy Neto (APIMEC) and Helmut Bossert (IBRI – the Brazilian Institute of Investors Relations) also participated in the presentation.
