Amec conducts survey about compensation practices

Amec is conducting a survey among its members to identify the investors’ views about specific executive compensation practices, mainly with respect to boards of directors. The decision to carry out the survey resulted from the debates of the association’s Technical Commission regarding the analysis of some polemic proposals submitted to shareholders in April.
Institutional investors that are not Amec’s members can also participate. Click here to answer to the survey.
