NOTICE TO THE MARKET

September 4, 2018 – ASSOCIAÇÃO DE INVESTIDORES NO MERCADO DE CAPITAIS – Amec – communicates to Market participants that its Management Board and Board of Directors approved today, as per its bylaws, the publication of this statement.
Amec closely follows certain deals in progress, and kindly requests that the CVM issue its opinion on them in a timely manner, in order to guide participants and to avoid damages to the market – both effective or potential. Amec also requests that the CVM consider precedents to be created in such cases, such as corporate restructurings that may result in the mandatory selling of shares held by minority shareholders, and in the weakening of tag along rules.
